Every Hail Shelter™ cover is built to remain strong and durable over time and comes with a FULL 180-Day Warranty.

We guarantee your cover will be new, free of defects and will fit the car for which you ordered. Our guarantee applies to covers ordered through our website’s Make, Model, year selector tool. Hail Shelter™ warrants to the original purchaser that it will correct any defects in material or workmanship by repair or replacement of this car cover within the first 30 days of receipt.

WARNING: Hail Shelter™ recommends that re-painted vehicles should not be covered for a minimum of six months, but it’s best you check with your body shop for recommended cure time. Use of any cover on a repainted vehicle may cause damage which is caused by the new paint, and not the cover.

To have this warranty honored, the original purchaser must return the car cover postage paid, along with a copy of the receipt, to Hail Shelter™. The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the sender within 45 days of receipt.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Hail Shelter™ CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

We suggest you hand wash your cover. Install the cover on your vehicle before washing. Clean lightly with a sponge using a diluted solution of cold or warm water and a mild liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow cover to dry on the vehicle. NEVER PLACE YOUR COVER IN A MACHINE WASHER OR DRYER.
