Shipping Information

We ship our product UPS Ground. However, due to the high cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories, an additional shipping and handling cost is applied to these areas. Contact us for the exact amount of your shipping cost based out of these areas. Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day or any other “expedited” shipping options are not available.

Orders are generally processed within the next business day. Since our covers are semi-custom, they ship within 2 weeks. Customers will receive an order confirmation email that includes a summary of their order, along with the shipping address for the order. If an error is found in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and our customer care team will do their best to update your order with the correct shipping information or intercept the package and correct the destination if it has already shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Internationally

We will gladly ship your product to Canada or Australia; however, these orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These fees are not determined until the product crosses the border; therefore, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping and handling cost do not include any of these fees.

We ship to the Continental United States via UPS Ground.
